Things You Should Know

Payments, Deposits & Refunds

Full payment is due at the time of service. For new clients, a $100 deposit is required to secure your initial session. A booking confirmation outlining accepted payment methods and studio details will be sent shortly after your session is scheduled.

Refund Policy: Advance payments and deposits are fully refundable to the original payment method, provided at least a 24-hour notice is given to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations & Late Arrivals

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because late cancellations impact my schedule and prevent other clients from booking, a 24-hour notice is required for any scheduling changes.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice, as well as missed appointments, will be charged 100% of the scheduled session fee.

How to Adjust Your Booking: To cancel or reschedule, please call, text or email at least 24 hours prior to your session start time. Exceptions for compelling circumstances may be made at my sole discretion.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session will still end at its scheduled time to maintain my other committments and you will be charged for the full amount of time reserved.

Health & Wellness Screening

To ensure a safe environment for everyone, please postpone your session if you are feeling unwell.

If you have experienced a fever, cold, contagious rash or acute respiratory symptoms (such as a severe cough or shortness of breath) within the last 24 hours or have recently been exposed to a contagious illness, I kindly ask that you reschedule. Please wait to book until you are fully recovered or have been cleared for bodywork by a physician.
