My road to massage therapy started after spending years caught in the grind of a high-stress real estate career. Feeling stuck and burned out, I enrolled in massage school, hoping a creative pursuit more in line with my natural interests would reinvigorate me.
Health and fitness have always played a big role in my life. As a longtime athlete certified in personal training, who still plays ice hockey every week, I've relied on regular bodywork for my own well-being since my early twenties.
What began as a side interest quickly became something more. Once I started seeing clients, it was clear I'd found my calling. Without giving it a second thought, I left real estate behind and never looked back.
You can see my credentials below, but I believe exceptional bodywork goes beyond anatomy. My approach is guided by a well-developed healing intuition, blending focused therapeutic work with stress-relieving relaxation. Regardless of the reason for your visit, my goal is to leave you feeling grounded, balanced and physically restored.
